Crazy Drive

My hour-long drive back from office is quite an adventure: hilly terrain, Formula 1 trucks, 3D turns and super bumpy patches. And guess what- no road dividers, no road guards, no traffic posts and no street lights! You can imagine then, the thrill of driving amid the blinding headlights and glaring mirrors. It's way beyond the joy of playing NF2's deadliest tracks.

Once in a while, I'm compelled to apply the brakes in a state of terror. This usually happens when I see a cow/dog/donkey taking a stroll across the road or when I notice an unilluminated vehicle that's well concealed by the darkness of the hour. Sometimes the vehicles from the opposite direction stun me by attempting to overtake in the severest turns. While many a times, I confront huge trucks, unbelievably overloaded with freshly cut rocks, speeding to the crusher zone that happens to be on my way. I find it really shocking because such overloading often causes the trucks to break down on steep elevations or meet self caused accidents on sharp descends. And yet this deadly tradition persists. The usual sights of recent roadkills and fatal crashes also add to this entire experience.
It all makes me wonder what's the probability of a vehicle to meet with an accident on such a lethal track. But that reminds me of the people that matter to me. "Better late than never", I say to myself and loosen my push on the accelerator to get back to my self imposed limit of 60 km/h.

Late night gibberish I

I love this feeling. Of being confined and alone in MY room. The gloomy illumination from the street light fills my entire being and charges me for the coming day. The silence around me soothes the panic within me. It gives me room to feel, think and plan. And more importantly, it gives me scope to dream - about the time to come.. When I can traverse an endless space outside my own limits.. When I can enjoy the bright radiance around me.. When I entrap the silence within me.. And When I become what I want to be...
